Did she do the adjustment with just one touch ? My chiro did many gentle touches with a rotation of his wrists after each touch. He explained that there is a joint in the wrist that pops when the proper force is applied. This popping is used as a way to measure the force of each touch. They push on the vertebra until the wrist pops then they need to reset the wrist for the next touch/manipulation. My NUCCA trained chiro would usually do 6 to 10 manipulations.

I did not continue with NUCCA due to cost limitations.
