He explained that there is a joint in the wrist that pops when the proper force is applied. This popping is used as a way to measure the force of each touch. They push on the vertebra until the wrist pops then they need to reset the wrist for the next touch/manipulation. My NUCCA trained chiro would usually do 6 to 10 manipulations.
I did not continue with NUCCA due to cost limitations.

She sort of twisted her wrists above my neck and repeated tapped by neck using her wrist. Each tap was very quick, kind of chopping onions (much lighter though). I could barely feel it.
