Agree with Syl, I'm the same re toes and fingers - smooth the nails yourself, and just let them do the colour. Win win. I can't tolerate the manicure thing now (used to love em for a treat ) - the water is the wrong temp, the handling too rough, the cream irritates, the exfoliation a no-no.....grrr. I tried it after the CRPS and hated having to either stop the manicurist doing something, or explain why she couldn't do some part of her routine. It's nicer all round to just take care of anything tricky yourself, and give them a clear job that doesn't need extensive supervision or worry!

Have a lovely time - having your nails all pretty is guaranteed to make you feel special and you deserve a treat!
