Let me go ahead and just give you the rest of the report:

Quote:
Indication: Multiple Sclerosis.

Findings: Multiplanar spin echo images within the left maxillary sinus consistent with chronic sinusitis. There is mucosal thickening of the walls of the spheroid sinuses bilaterally consistent with chronic sinusitis. No sellar or suprasellar mass is identified. The corpus callosum appears intact. The craniocervical junction is within normal limits. Normal flow voids are seen within the major intracerebral arteries in dural venous sinuses. No cerebellopontine angle masses identified.

The ventricles, cisterns, and sulci are within normal limits. Examination the brain parenchyma white matter of the posterior right parietal love consistent with known demyelinating disease (multiple sclerosis). There is no area of restricted diffusion to suggest acute or subacute infarction. No contrast enhancing lesion is seen. In particular, the area of abnorla signal in the posterior right pariestal lobe does not demonstrate abnormal contrast enhancement to suggest an active multiple sclerosis plaque.
