The additional info just says that there isn't a mass or a tumor detected in or around the pituitary gland, that there are no signs of a stroke (infarction), and that everything is normal; except for that one 'signal change' in the right parietal lobe (part of the brain that is adjacent to the ear).
From here you just need to wait until you see the neuro. When is your appointment?
