Yes.

However, there is no single test, by it's self, that will diagnose Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Many conditions/illnesses/diseases have symptoms which are similar or mimic those seen in MS. Blood work as well as other testing needs to be done to rule in/out other causes for someone's symptoms.

There is no symptom(s) which are unique to MS.

I can tell you that MS will not and does not cause Glaucoma.

There are many causes for having Vertigo (yes, vertigo can happen in MS) :
