To those in states with medicinal marijuana laws (not to be confused with Marinol) does anyone have any experience with this, and the potential effectiveness of it?

I've heard promising pain-relieving success with a fraction of the side effects of pills...

Does anyone have any experience with this? Or know of anyone who does?

I'm at the end of my rope and seriously considering moving across country to get help...
