Sorry you are having more pain. My RSD started in my face over 22 years ago. I bit a rock that was in my food at a mexican restaurant. After failed root canals, I lost my three back bottom teeth. I ended up getting implants and a bridge. All that trauma caused the RSD. So, yes it is possible to get it from dental work

I was treated very aggressively, with SGB's and meds, and went into remission for many years.
