This is actually a newer symptom for me. It started a few months back, probably when I was overdoing something. If I didn't have TOS, I'd think I had arthritis in my knuckle and the bone before your finger starts. My all-important middle finger is most effected .

It's always worse in the morning, but after I do cardio and my morning TOS routine it usually dissipates. I'm optimistic it will pass soon as it's becoming more and more intermittent, not daily.

After the onset of symptoms, I hyper-extended it one day moving some laundry to the dryer and it sent a neuro shock directly to my BP on the right side. This confirmed my suspicions that it was just another TOS gift.
