It sounds like you and I are in similar situations. I'm 24 and sustained a mild-moderate TBI after being run over by a car a couple of months ago.

I've been perfectly comfortable with crowds and noisy places since the accident, which members of my recovery team are always surprised about. I've mentioned going to the mall or to a concert and they always ask how I felt afterwards. I always feel fine, just tired! I think everyone just has different reactions post-injury.

It's good that you're symptom-free! I've been having a lot of symptom-free days lately as well, but they still pop up at times.
