Hi Patricia27 and welcome to NeuroTalk.

I am rather surprised you have not had an x-ray and/or MRI of the brain and spine to check for any damage that might have occurred

Psychological and emotional reactions can happen after a traumatic event such as the car accident your were in. The shaking you are experiencing can be one of those reactions.

You may want to consult with a Mental Health Provider (Psychotherapist, Psychiatrist) to discuss your accident and the shaking you have been dealing with.

Our body temperature can fluctuate throughout the day. Having a temperature of 97. is still considered normal and nothing to worry about. I usually run anywhere from 92-97 and my doctors have never been concerned.

Please do not focus on your body temperature, I personally do not believe that it has any bearing on your shaking
