Hi lizard, yes is is intermittent, everything so far is triggering it, we had a small car accident the other day and it happend for the rest of the day , but it has happend when ive been relaxed watching tv. and using the computer it triggers it off alot.
thanks ive got a huge list of stuff for the neuro poor girl wont know what hit her. but it's better for me to tell her than have her guessing. hee hee

It might be. Is it intermittent? Anything seem to trigger it (e.g. disrupted sleep, anxiety, illness, hormones)?

Tell your neuro. S/he should be able to help you get to the bottom of what's causing it.
