What your wife is experiencing, isn't normal. The symptom you describe should be written down, and given to your PCP for evaluation. It can be from so many different things. Sugar being low, even blood pressure being low, no way to really know without her being seen. You don't want to have a real problem, and your worry will go away, once the doctor has been consulted.
