Regarding the tooth extraction procedure...
the dentist may have used an instrument called rongeurs.. which are surgical like tweezers that remove pieces of tooth, bone and sometimes granuloma tissue. The clear solution was saline irrigation.
He may have scraped out the ligament and you didn't realize it?
Sometimes there is an extra charge to perform a complicated extraction. When there is a suspected infection in the bone the surgery becomes more complicated. I'm sure they weren't too thrilled with reducing their fee. It's not typical for a dentist to lower their fee to match another dentist.
You have been on a lot of antibiotics in a short amount of time. This may be taking it's toll on your immune system and/or you may be developing an infection or illness. Make sure you eat nutritiously, drink plenty of water throughout the day and consider supplementing with a probiotic to help restore some good bacteria in your intestines.

Then recently my tooth was hurting again and I was experiencing chest pain (which I was experiencing chest pain the last time my tooth was hurting) so my dr. put me on antibiotics and I finished that two days before the extraction. They put me on antibiotics again with the extraction. I have been feeling extremely drained since the extraction. Where I have no energy. I kind of feel like I'm getting sick. I stopped taking the ibuprofen but that didn't seem to help. Can this be the antibiotics, combo of all? Or could this be the onset of a cavitation?... thanks in advance!
