Hi Jonas,

I'm sorry to hear that your wife had a tumor, I have friend that had the same problem and after the surgery he had seizures do to the fact of the nerves in the brain recovering along with swelling of the brain this could be what's going on with your wife and it take a little time to heal. I've had brain surgery done twice to reduce my seizures and each time after the surgery I have had more seizures from the surgery and then things calmed down. Be sure to let your wifes Dr. know what's going on.
A persons speech is on the left side of the brain and since the surgery was done on the right side this could be affecting your wives left side of her brain and causing the seizures and speech problems. Check it out with her Dr. and get her on vitamin B12 1000 mcg. once a day vitamin B12 helps calm a persons nerves down and it has stopped many seizures for me. I wish you and your wife only the best and May God Bless You Both!

Sue
