Hi on this nice sunday. I do have help and a way to get up off the floor, or from in the garden. It works! My son is an OPT, and told me how to do it. I carry a small STABLE foot stool. My arms are strong enough, to push up on it, and I have no issue with getting back on my feet. I find that my back side is an important part of me being able to do some of the chores I need to do.
