I do have neuralgia after dental work. Many people end up with un-needed dental work, including extractions, simply because the dentist is fishing around looking for where the pain is coming from.
Has the norytriptilline helped? I'm on a similar med and it did help my nerve pain a little.
Hopefully, if you have an infection or some other dental issue, it will be discovered soon and you will get good and proper treatment and relief.
Hi
Just to add it sounds (to me) like some kind of nerve damage maybe neuralgia and an infection. There are supposed to be a few very good pain clinics dealing with pain after dental implants especially I think one is in London the other associated with Oxfordased neuropathy associations and Pain University.Tomorrow afernoon I can look them up for you they sound pretty good. Or ask -call -the Neuropathy Trust. Perhaps google chronic orofacial pain.Elaine55
