hi Karen
I have peripheral neuropathy small fiber and also long and also autonomic neuropathy.
When I read your post, I thought," just like the way I feel"
I have become a lot worse in the last few weeks.
I have parasthesia in arms and legs, muscle spasm.
It has become so the last couple of weeks that I feel my hands are week, and YES, THEY ARE TREMBRLING. Lately it is hard for me to grasp and hold on to things. Just by holding a magazine, I can see the flicking of the paper from my shaking. On the inside of my body I feel like a buzz like a comstant vibration.
Is that what you feel?
My neurologist told me that was because the small fiber neuropathy.
But I have become so much worse now. I am going to have a Lumbar Punture or spinal tap in next couple of weeks
Did you see your neurologist when you came back from Italy?
You should get an appointment ASAP.
Did you have a diagnosis of neuropathy before you went to Italy?
Does your tremor get worse when you are tired? Mine does

Hope you see a doctor soon
All the best for you
