A lot of us have anything fom light muscle fasciculations to more distinct muscle tremors. They are especially strong if I exert myself to the point of exhaustion, carrying a toddler, bringing in groceries, going up steps, etc. even trying to cook or sew when I am already exhausted will bring them on.

I do not believe that they are considered significant, but they seem a common PN symptom, even the severe, shaking and weakness, type.

Glad to hear that you were able to enjoy your vacation, even if it was in a more limited way. You needed a change.
