The way I understand it,...... the exchanges, both State and Federal (Federal for the states that declined to have their own exchange) have nothing to do with Medicare. It is strictly for Medicaid and private health insurance.

Medicare is treated completely separately. Since you said you are on Medicare, you should not be affected. People with Part C, Medicare Advantage Plans, may be cancelled since they are handled by private insurance companies.
