I guess, deep down, I was hoping for a potential "quick fix" I am beginning to understand there is no "quick fix" on the PN journey.

I am still exploring this vast site and continually discovering new gems of wisdom and advice from your wonderful members. The amount of empathy shown to fellow sufferers is amazing.
