I've been diagnosed with post concussion syndrome, and its been 3 months since my accident. I've had an MRI and Mra and they are clean.

I've been taking t3s only when pain is unbearable. Since the accident I've been experiencing dizzyness which sounds typical with this type of injury, but I've also had a few instances where I've completely fainted, and I've had constant diarrhea since the accident. Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what could be the cause? Docs keep saying its not normal, but don't offer any help

I've been off work for two months already how long did it take until you were able to return to work?
