Are you sure you have diabetic neuropathy? Mixed large and small fiber with your symptoms sounds like it could be CMT- hereditary neuropathy. Someone else who knows more about diabetic neuropathy will have to help out here.

yes i have small fiber(burning, tingling, pins and needles) large fiber (muscle twitching, muscle loss, etc.).
I forgot to mention that I also have autonomic neuropathy as well, so far it is affecting the blood vessels, i get really cold for no reason.
i have removed the pravastain from my pill boxes, how long will it take to get the statins out of my system before i start seeing any results?
I just started taking krill oil and evening primrose oil. how long do you think it will take before i see results from them, please let me know, thank you.
