I have had shingles while being on pain meds, gabapentin. I hardly felt anything at all. The shingles was underneath my breast. On Monday I noticed a dot underneath breast. On Friday that week I decided to check on it and noticed a bright red line. I went to doctor and he said shingles.

This was my second bout with shingles. Would that be equivalent to having shingles vaccine?
