Hi, I do get IVIG. The one thing to be sure to do is drink plenty of fluids before the Rx. If you do get a bad headache, speak with the nurses or doctor about slowing down the infusion next time.
I don't take a baby aspirin. They give me Benadryl and Tylenol with the treatments. I usually feels really tired after and try to take it easy for a few days. If you do have any symptoms be sure to report them to your doctor. There are things they can do to help the infusions to be easier for you.
I got really sick the first few Rx's. Now they give me half a bag of fluids before and after Rx.
