Oh... have you tried the magnesium lotion? That Morton's takes down my left ankle swelling fairly quickly. It opens up the circulation so the fluid can move off properly.

At local WalMarts, and now newly at some Walgreen's, and online at Amazon.com

I would apply it on the top of the foot, and up the ankle, twice a day. A quarter's dollop size maximum. It is an amazing product!
