For the hand/wrist/arm sx & your history of computer use.. Maybe explore our thoracic outlet syndrome forum (TOS) for short..

The ulnar & radial nerve entrapment with sx still ongoing post op could be what is called triple or double crush - where you have TOS - plus the actual nerve entrapment..

TOS is not well known and not clear tests for it unless there is an anatomy or structural problem.
May or may not be related to the foot issues.. long time TOS can often affect the fascia layers causing sticky tissues in the whole body.
