From what I have read on this site....there are some as young as 20 that have this. I'm 51 and was diagnosed with small fiber via a skin punch biopsy in Sept of this year. Results were 0 A and C nerve fibers in my feet.
How long have you been diagnosed and what are u taking for it ?

I'm sorry you are having hard time. And u are correct, the fatigue, pain and not being able to do anything can drive a person crazy.
