Hi Dave, welcome. If you browse the different threads here you will find a wealth of info on different medications and supplements that people use to help with the sensations associated with neuropathy.
Some common ones are lyrica,gabapentin, opiates, tricyclic antidepressants as well as ssri's like cymbalta. Supplements used are vitamin b12, lipoic acid, carnitine, magnesium, and personally I find vitamin D important. I see your in Canada so I hope you take it too! I live in Ottawa. Many ppl here like Epson salts or lotions especially for burning feet.
It also depends on where your pain is and what the cause is. Let us know if you have more info.
Finding any triggers like toxins or foods such as gluten can help people immensely.
Its also important to keep stress low.

There are some pros on here that have a lot of knowledge and are always around.
