Is the culturelle a yogurt or tablets ?I have not seen it over here in the uk.I am taking a probiotic powder which I bought from a health food shop. It contains lactobacillus and bifidus. It has greatly relieved my stomach pain after metronidazole. Does this sound like the culturelle ?Thanks for taking the time to help.
