Okay yes stick with your probiotic powder ... it sounds like it's helping!!
What is also helpful is to avoid sugar as much as possible as the bad bacteria in the gut feed off of sugar. Eat as wholesomely as possible... taking in as much fresh veggies as you can. Avoid sugar drinks like soda, sports drinks, fruit juices (unless you make the juice yourself)... even diet drinks should be avoided.
