This sounds like excess muscle contracture.... the flexing of the wrists toward the midline is a carpopedal spasm.

The facial muscles also may be spasms. This can come from hyperventilation, or disruptions in calcium metabolism, very low magnesium levels. Parathyroid disease/tumors can cause this.

Low Vit D is also a possibility because it helps with calcium absorption. You should really get some blood work, because this can signal a serious thing. So see a doctor for this. Take some photos too, if you can.
