Yep, I get headaches frequently now, never used to get the darn things
I don't take many meds, so it's unlikely to be a side-effect, it's just part of the fun little parcel of joy and good fortune that we like to call CRPS.....


it's pretty well-documented actually that CRPS causes all kinds of shenanigans with our systems, and headaches are a part of that. The CRPS makes our brain get into the habit of over-reacting to any pain signals, which makes a simple headache no longer simple.
It sucks the big one, as they say. Hey ho. Onwards and upwards guys, and don't let the b******s grind you down
I hope you all get something today that makes you smile and forget your pains. Even if it's just seeing the word 'shenanigans'
