This can simply be a relapse due to a stressor that you do not realize. You could also have a hormone issue.
You said "Since the accident my pupils don't stay small when a light in shone on them, so don't know if that's anything." This is a very difficult test to do on yourself or even have a non-professional do. Avoid using this to self-diagnose.
Go see the neurologist.
