A quick question about my shrink visit
Hi guys, I'll be going to see a Therapist who specializes in cogontive therapy. I was wondering if it would be better and save me sometime to go to a neurotherapist who specializes a bit more in dealing with people who have Epilepsy. The Cognotive therapy is suppose to help me change the way I think and handle situations but, some of that is due to dealing with Epilepsy. What's your guys opinion about this one??? Oh and it was my birthday the 17th!!!! 27 years old!! God bless you guys and Take Care
