I am 36, so I get it. Diagnosed this year with autonomic and severe sensory neuropathy. My life has changed drastically in the last year. I go to bed when my 5year old goes to bed between 8 and 830. Get up at 5. The added sleep seems to help some. You will adjust, and learn your new way of life.
