This is very true, try to relax. Some people do find it painful, my legs are numb so I found it interesting, never really painful, al little tedious because of taking about two hours each time.
Make sure your legs are warm. At Hopkins they put me under a heat lamp for an hour before they could start the test. It affects the results.
