Thanks so much girls, at least I know I'm not alone with this one...

To be honest I'm not considering going to get poked about by my disinterested GP at this stage - if it was this bad regularly then of course I would, but I'm hoping this is due to it being a bad one rather than there being any underlying problem (crosses fingers behind back). I'll have a check on the main symptoms of endometriosis though just in case I'm ignoring anything else going on.

I've got my warm blanket over the important bits - cant have it over my knees that are burning, or my feet that can't decide , but my shins are like ice so they are covered by a corner....good grief this thing is ridiculous. My body temp is all over the shot tonight, I've taken off and on again my long woollen cardigan about half a dozen times in three hours!

Maybe I'm still dealing with a bit of hangover from my flu? Hadn't thought of that, but it might not be helping things generally I suppose. Goodness knows.
