Scott called me yesterday and he has now had his first experience with a person he cares about, committing suicide.
It was a good friend he had lost touch with since graduating from high school. The crazy thing is this person contacted him just last week and they went out and had lunch and Scott said all seemed to be ok.
Needless to say, Scott is beside himself in grief and guilt. I'm just so very thankful we have an excellent psychologist who truly cares.
