Default Tender spot behind ear

Hi everyone,

It's been 8 months since my PCS started. My symptoms at the beginning was a mild headache if I was overstimulated but it quickly just subsided to sound sensitivity & "exercise" sensitivity.

The sound sensitivity has subsided in the last month as well.

Right now, I can do non-running "static" exercises such as stationary bike, elliptical, and weights. If I run on a treadmill, I would get a tender spot behind my ear on the temporal bone. Also would get sore spots at both mandibular joints accompanied by tightness in the upper neck and increased sound sensitivity. Can anyone help please?

I've seen a NUCCA chiropractor in Seattle but she was a total sham IMO.
