I have had RSD now for 5 years. It started from a fall down a flight of stairs. The pain originated in my right great toe and has now spread bilaterally as well as my entire right side. Over the years I have experience several different things, but within the last 2 years I have noticed that I cannot hang my legs off the side of anything without feeling intense pain and numbness and tingling. It has gotten to the point were I cannot sit up in the bed to watch T.V because the same thing happens. I was wondering if anyone else experience this. I even have pain if I sit on the toilet too long. Any suggestions would b pleasing.
