Default Visual Cue Devices for Improving Walking for Parkinson's Patients?

I recently found several non-pharmaceutical devices that take different approaches to helping PD patients walk. Does anyone have any experience with this? Very simple. The basic idea is to have a visual cue of some kind in front of the person, that the person can sort of walk through. The Mobilaser research seems to suggest this helps reroute around damaged brain-body signal areas.
