I know about another gent in SNY who is having issues with WC also. Keeps getting turned down for needed care. His lawyer appears to drag his feet as well. I think I would go confront the attorney, ask outright if he intends to go forward to help you. If you don't get a good answer and assurance, head for the door and a new attorney. You do need someone in your corner. The other case I know about is a neck injury which needs surgery. His doc. said yes, WC said no. I don't understand how WC can determine what care you get. ginnie
