Hope you had a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! From my past experience I've seen different shrinks especially when I was in my teens and never got much help or understanding until I saw a neuropsych I found that a neuropsych was much more helpful and understood more of why I had such a hot temper and how it was related to my e. and my AED's. This type of Dr. was the best help for me than any other shrink I had to see. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!
