Just a suggestion that if you are going to be boiling banana skins and drinking the tea from it, that you purchase organic bananas for that purpose.

There is a strong fungicide sprayed on regular bananas, as well as on and in the boxes that they come in (it says so right on the boxes).
The fungicide is really toxic to the liver, some animals and other plants. So much so that if you store organic potatoes in the box, they won't sprout.
