Im feeling terrible tonight

I dont even know where to start... I feel so lonely and abandoned... Long story short: I keep hurting people around me.... i dont kniw how to react to people and I always end hurting them and feeling so guilty...

Im tired of life.... Is like, my life is as bad as it used to be 4 years ago.... Same depression stuff.... Loneliness....

I dont know what to do.
