Default Osteopath and CranioSacral Therapy

I went to an Osteopath today. Someone had suggested earlier that my

occipital bone was not in the right place and an Osteopath could help.

I learned that the Occipital bone protects the visual processing centre.

He confirmed that the Occipital bone was out of position and will work to

realign. It also affects balance.

I am not having a great deal of success with vision therapy and my prism

glasses and was hoping this will help. My ability to read longer than 20 minutes

and watch t.v. for about 2 hours has not changed.

Also I have ear issues with pain and pressure which he feels he can help.

Has anyone had any experience with an Osteopath or CranialSacral Therapy.

Keep going forward, I can't believe it has been 21 months Thank you

everyone, I get a great deal of comfort from reading this forum and seeing

how everyone is progressing.
