glad neupro is helping, i couldn't tolerate mirapex so went on carbidopa/levodopa and am now after 7-8 years have wearing off problems so having to decide what the next drug to add will be and neupro looks attractive but the cost is prohibitive and i don't want to start a drug i can't afford after free samples are gone and mfg rebates end.

if you read the trial where they compared requip against neupro, requip was about equal i believe, but those trials don't really capture the side affects that well. i've read that the one big mistake people make with agonists is they don't give them enough time and don't take enough but i should talk, i bailed on mirapex at i think less than 4.5mg a day and requip was a little worse in side affects so i didn't give them much of a chance but with C/L working so well for me it was a no brainer to go with that and it still works well except for wearing off too soon.
