The sugar doesn't seem to bother me. I don't get any sugar rushes, from them. I don't eat a whole 1/3 cup by any means at one time, either. The bag says 14 servings, and that is about how long it is lasting too (14days). So I guess I am consuming 1/3 cup a day, spread out into about 5 or 6 snacks or desserts. At this point for me it is a small price to pay for the results IMO.
The sugar is also caught up in quite a bit of fiber, so it is probably releasing slowly.

Thank you Mrs.D. I am impressed that you can spread the 1/3 cup the whole day and for 5 or 6 snacks at that! I cannot feel full with only so little to eat for a snack :-)
