TIA for a pic. Maybe it's just that I just got up, but I'm having a hard time picturing this. Does it have name?
When you stand next to the wall, is it in front of you, in back of you, or on the side of you?
When you move the hand up, is the arm sweeping out an arc, or is the elbow bent for a good part of the movement?
